This month, Asteria unveils a new weekly highlight: Fresh Catch Nights.
Every Friday evening, the menu will be entirely inspired by the morning’s catch, created in close collaboration with local fishermen from the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Rockfish, spiny lobster, a reimagined aziminu, or more minimalist preparations depending on the catch. The menu will evolve with the rhythm of the sea.
